Flank Steak

Thin strips of flank steak are marinated in a sweet ginger soy sauce marinade and grilled to create a mouthwatering treat. Submitted By: Hiatt’s Poultry, LLC

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 1 ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 ½ tsp Ginger
  • ¾ cup Salad Oil
  • Green Onion- chopped fine


Directions

  1. Combine and marinate 2 lb flank steak for 4 to 5 hours at room temp.
  2. Grill.
