Rhubarb Crunch

Mix the first 5 ingredients together until crumbly. Press 1/2 mixture into lightly oiled 9"x13" pan. Cover with rhubarb. Cook sugar, cornstarch, and water in pan on low heat until thinck, then add vanilla. Pour syrup over rhubarb, add last 1/2 of crunch on top. Submitted By: Faulstich Produce

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Brown Sugar
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 2 Cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 Cup Melted Butter
  • 2 lb.s Rhubarb, cut up
  • 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
  • 1 Cup water
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Vanilla


Directions

  1. Bake 350 degrees for 65 minutes.
