Simply Great Baked Fish

Fresh fish are seasoned and baked for an easy healthy dinner.


  • Olive Oil
  • Lemon Pepper
  • Dill
  • Any Mild Seasoning
  • Old Bay Seasoning


  1. Place fish on lightly oiled cookie sheet, skin side down.
  2. Rub a little oil on fish.
  3. Season with one or two mild spices.
  4. Place in preheated oven at 375° for 10-14 minutes depending on the thickness of the fish.
