We produce and handpick every item on our menu and strive to offer the freshest product at the most reasonable price!  Our selection includes: 

• A remarkable assortment of the most popular Italian meats ~ air-cured, dry-cured, and wood-fired oven roasted, sliced to order.
   
• Over 75 varieties of Local, Artisanal, European, and Domestic (Italian-Style) Cheeses. Artisan Goat’s Milk Cheese produced at our farmstead J2K CAPRAIO.
   
• Over 25 varieties of Italian, Greek, Moroccan, and Californian Olives as well as several handmade Salads, Tapenades, and Sauces.
   
• Rustic Breads ~ Baguette, Ciabatta, Whole Wheat/Multi-Grain, French Rolls, and Focaccia baked fresh every Market day.
   
• Dolce ~ Sweets include fresh-made Gelato, Sorbetto, Granita, Biscotti, Cannoli, Confetti, All-Natural Sparkling Sodas and Lemonade.
   
• 12” Antipasto Trays feeds 10-12 people for only $40. 
   
• ½ pans of Fresh Italian Sausage Lasagna, Oh Mamma’s Meatballs w/Marinara, Sweet Italian Sausage (with Sauce or Sweet Italian Frying Peppers), and Fresh Italian Beef Chicago-Style
   
• All Natural Italian Vegetables (from imported seed stock that has not been genetically modified or biologically engineered - we usually have some plants available around Mother’s Day).
