Eugene & Carolyn Faulstich are the third generation to carry on the tradition of selling rhubarb which was started by Harvey & Julia Faulstich who purchased a booth when the market was first built. Julia was known as the “Rhubarb Lady”. Eugene & Carolyn along with their children, Paul, Jenelle, Amy & Andy continue to raise and sell their delicious rhubarb. Locally grown since 1931.
