Hiatt's poultry has been apart of their family for generations.  Gene and Kathryn's grandfather and father were stockholders.  As young children, Gene and Kathryn went to the market with their dad have continued this tradition along with their families.  Gene and Kathryn have been at the market for about 60 years. Gene and Kathryn run their stall everyday the market is open with the assistance of their niece, Kelly and their nephew, Barry.  Gene's son, Michael is a stockholder and is involved in the home preparation. Poultry: Chicken, turkey, and ducks (Free Range Environment-No chemicals, preservatives or hormones).  We raise and process our own.  We carry the quality poultry that you want to purchase for your family's needs. Turkeys are available year round, but especially we are proud to see our fresh dressed turkeys at Thanksgiving for your splendid family dinners. Eggs: Are raised and cared for in a free range environment. Cheese: We carry over 80 varieties--Many from Holmes County, OH from the milk of Amish Farmers and therefore again no chemicals or preservatives.  Several of our cheeses are low fat, salt, and cholesterol.  Amish Rolled Butter is a favorite also as well as our Amish egg yolk noodles. Amish Hams, pork chops, bacon and ham shanks along with chicken and turkey sausages. Clover honey, No sugar apple and pear butters and jams--some are sugar free.  Bird seed, thistle seed and squirrel corn for our nature lovers. We are proud of the quality of our poultry.  Thanksgiving is a highlight with the fresh turkeys, chickens, ducks, and geese to bring you a delightful dinner.
