Hovenkamp's produce has been in the Farmer's Market since 1952 selling vegetables fresh from the farm. In the mid 1980s we expanded into selling gourmet vegetables and mushrooms as well as our hydroponic tomatoes, cucumbers, and lettuces. Again in the 1990's we came out with our own line of dressings to compliment our vegetables.
