Bill Parcell is a 3rd generation owner. His grandparents started the business in 1948 as Parcell’s Poultry”. Bill replaced the poultry with many homemade specialty items.

Angel food cakes are Bill’s specialty! He has baked them for 28 years using no shortcuts. People come from all over to buy them.
